Conference Areas
With the exception of the campus tours, the GWU Science and Engineering Hall (SHE) Building (above left) will host all Conference Activities. The reception desk will be just inside the SEH West entrance on 23rd Street (above right). Note: This is ~40 yards from the Foggy Bottom metro stop exit on the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines.
On Day 1, the Green Wall area will host the Dean’s reception, as well as provide refreshments for the afternoon. On Day 2 a continental breakfast and lunch will be served here, as well as refreshments and snacks for the day It is on the B1 level of the Science and Engineering Hall.
B1220 is the primary auditorium for Welcome-keynote, executive meeting and awards on Day2. B1220 is also one of the primary rooms for conference presentations (Day 1 and 2)
B1270 is one of the primary rooms for conference presentations (Day 1 and 2)
SEH 2000 (2nd Floor) is the primary room for DEI conference presentations (Day 2 only). There is another row of chairs along the perimeter of the room and a small kitchenette for coffee/water
The area Between B1220 and B1270 will be used for poster presentations (Day 2).
